For Candidates: The platform facilitates candidate profile submission and access to corporate job openings. The Company does not guarantee interviews, employment offers, or specific compensation packages.
For Employers: The submission of hiring mandates constitutes an inquiry for commercial engagement. Definite recruitment, staffing, and outsourcing obligations are governed exclusively by formal Service Level Agreements (SLAs) or master services contracts executed separately.

3. Prohibition of Candidate Fees

In accordance with professional ethical standards, the Company strictly prohibits and does not charge any placement, registration, or processing fee to job seekers. Any solicitation claiming to represent the Company demanding financial payment in exchange for employment is fraudulent and should be reported to compliance@arathatalent.com immediately.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, brand marks, software interfaces, graphics, and text published on this website are the proprietary property of Aratha Talent & Business Solutions and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute arising from or related to the use of this website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The courts of Hyderabad, Telangana shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all claims.
