Candidate Data Privacy Notice

1. What Candidate Information We Collect

When you submit a resume or apply for a position, we collect:

Personal identification: Full legal name, email address, and mobile phone number.
Location: Current city, state, and geographic mobility preferences.
Professional credentials: Educational background, certifications, technical skills, and employment tenure history.
Curriculum Vitae / Resume documents submitted in PDF or DOCX format containing your professional summary.

2. How We Use Candidate Data

We use your information exclusively to:

Assess your suitability and credentials against specific client job openings.
Present your profile and vetted summary to potential employers with your knowledge.
Coordinate telephonic, virtual, and face-to-face interview schedules.
Maintain communication regarding application progress and client feedback.

3. Candidate Rights: Access, Correction, and Deletion

As a candidate, you maintain the following rights regarding your personal data:

Right to Update & Correct

You may request updates to your CV, contact numbers, or employment status by emailing your application reference ID to hiring@arathatalent.com.

Right to Erasure / Deletion

You may withdraw your consent and request the permanent deletion of your profile and uploaded CV from our database at any time. We process deletion requests within 30 calendar days.

4. Data Retention Policy

We retain candidate profiles in our recruitment database for a maximum of 24 months from the date of last activity or application submission, after which non-placed candidate profiles are securely archived or expunged, unless candidate re-consent is confirmed.
